He’s also the author of two LinkedIn Learning courses, a co-author of the HRCI DEI certification, and a course facilitator at Cornell University. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Management, Frank is passionate about creating better workplaces through both data and joy, helping people connect, collaborate, and lead with purpose.
